A running log of what we've shipped and announced — product launches, site updates, and the occasional milestone — for clients, partners, and anyone keeping an eye on where we're headed. October 17, 2026 Site update ## A bigger logo, a clearer nav, and a new Products section We shipped another round of updates to thoughtparameters.com this week, on top of the redesign we announced earlier this month: - A larger, easier-to-read logo in the header - Bolder navigation links, plus a new **Products** menu covering SyntaxRoot and our fixed-scope engineering products - This **Company** menu, bringing About, How We Work, Careers, our blog, and this news page together in one place - Our LinkedIn and X banner artwork carried through into the site header and footer for a more consistent brand identity - A redesigned favicon and a refreshed browser-tab icon Small stuff individually, but it adds up to a site that's easier to navigate and more consistent with how we show up everywhere else. October 14, 2026 Product launch ## Introducing SyntaxRoot: ITSM & CMDB for lean IT teams and MSPs Enterprise IT service management tools are priced for enterprises. We built the alternative. [SyntaxRoot](https://thoughtparameters.com/products/syntaxroot?hsLang=en) is a full incident, problem, and change management platform with CMDB relationship mapping and automated cloud discovery, SLA tracking, a knowledge base, and real-time notifications — sized and priced for small-to-mid IT teams and MSPs instead of six-figure procurement budgets. It's built serverless on AWS and delivered with Terraform and GitHub Actions CI/CD. SyntaxRoot is in invite-only early access while we onboard a small group of teams and shape the roadmap with them.
