We founded Thought Parameters on the belief that rigorous, honest security consulting shouldn't be reserved for companies with eight-figure IT budgets. Every organization that handles sensitive data deserves a clear picture of their risk — and a realistic path to reducing it.

Our story

Thought Parameters grew out of a frustration with how security consulting was being delivered. Too many firms were churning out automated scan reports and calling them assessments. Too many clients were receiving findings they couldn't understand or act on.

We started with a different premise: a security report that doesn't lead to remediation has failed its purpose. Every engagement we run is oriented around one question — what will actually reduce risk for this organization?

Today we work with companies across financial services, healthcare, technology, and critical infrastructure. The common thread is organizations that take security seriously and want a partner who will too.
